G'day Everyone and Welcome. My name is Robert Norman. I'm 59 years old. We live in Adelaide but when able to get away, I operate my Ham Radio Station from our property of arid mallee country which is about 150 kms from here. This book has been written to encourage others to take an interest in Amateur Radio. The novel is entitled ' Oscar's Amateur Radio Adventure ' and tells the story of Oscar, a 14 year old boy who finds an old wireless in the basement at his Grandparents' house. Then, taking an interest in radios, he obtains his beginners grade Amateur Radio licence and soon finds himself in the Australian Outback visiting a Solar Powered Ham Radio Station. (link)
