Stop ANN e Spot a 14.195

Rolf mi ha così risposto : "Dear Sir, on the way of finding out, how it was possible to use my call in the cluster, I talked to some guys and was informed, that not only Europe is listening, but also stations in Canada and US. The 14.195 is watched closely by a lot of radioamateurs in different countries, as you see.Regards, DL1EA" mentre Paul scrive "Hi Maurizio, I am currently not active on HF, as the balun on my quad went QRT. It should be repaired soon. I would not make any comment on something that I did not hear myself, so I did not make that annoucement. I still believe that the good Italian ham community (the very vast majority) should be able to deal with IT9RYH in a proper manner, and get him off the air for good. When is this going to happen ? This guy is a mental case, and needs to be put off the air. Furthermore, he is deteriorating the whole Italian ham community image (see that annoucement, even though it is not from me).
Best 73, Paul . PS I will try to investigate on who is using my callsign on the cluster system, this has happened already...".
